update:i am getting tons of comments regarding the title the video was supposed to be hd but it was rendered incorrectly but the hd text also acts as a name for the mod itself (hd remake)you wanted a new ivsa video so here it is thankyou to the authors who let me make a video of the unreleased beta 3 and i gotta say this version blows the earlier versions out of proportion remade timecyc original vehicles added misc items like wind mills the timecyc also makes the red in the pavement come out so much that it feels like los angeles alot more then original san andreas (from pictures i have seen of la) this mod is simply amazing cj plus voice is also added beta 3 is not yet available to the public but is planned to release sometime in spring/summer you can follow it's progress here http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=494121&st=0also be sure to check their official website http://www.gtaivsa.com/author of the mod "Rage Modding Studio"please note the authors requested the title to look like this and the outro to be included
